pages which give you more information about T&G and the
services that we can provide.
My account: By entering your email address and your password,
you can access your T&G account information and view your
order history.
View basket will show you what you have added to your basket
in your latest order.
Order a brochure will send you a copy of our latest Mail Order
Brochure.
Home will take you back to the home page.
Things of interest provides an up to date list of venues
that our Events Team will be attending and details of where
you can come to visit us.
About t&g gives you our background and all of our contact
details.
Corp & Team gives details on how to go about ordering
your teams kit for the season.
Help gives you an outline of how to use the T&G website.
Order info gives an outline of our delivery charges and our
returns policy.
Clothes shopping From the homepage,
you can click through on the department links on the left
of the screen.
Click on the individual product links to browse or purchase.
The product page will appear with the full item description
and photograph. You can use the pop down menu’s to choose
which size, colour and quantity you require. Click on Add
to basket to save that item. You can also click on Size chart
if you require some assistance with your choice.
Size Chart This page displays our
size charts, converting the sizes from inches to centimetres
to S, M, L, XL and XXL and also converts Mens/unisex sizes
to Ladies sizes. Close this screen by clicking in the top
right corner in the x box.
View Basket To view your shopping
basket and a running price total, customers can click on the
view basket link, which will appear below the Add to basket
link once items have been added. From here, you can remove
items and update your order, go back to shopping, or go to
the checkout.
Removing an item(s)
To remove an item, simply check the 'Remove Box' next to
the product to be removed using the mouse. When update is
selected, the ticked item will be removed from the shopping
basket.
The Checkout When the customer is
satisfied with the basket contents, they can click on 'Continue
Checkout' to arrange payment.
Existing Customers Customers should
enter their email address and password then submit the order.
New Customers Click on Create a new
account. New customers need to enter their email address and
password. Personal details will then need to be completed
in order to proceed with the order.
Personal details Once new customers
have entered their personal information they should click
'Create Account' to continue with the order. If any details
are incorrect, they have the opportunity to click 'Clear'
and re-enter the information.
The next screen holds a form, which needs to be completed
before moving on any further. Personal details must be entered
using the tab key to move quickly between fields. Every field
underlined in red MUST be completed.
Arrow keys are designed to assist in filling in the form.
Click on each arrow and a drop down field will be displayed
with a series of options to select from. If any details are
incorrect, the form can be cleared quickly by clicking 'Clear'.
To continue once the form is complete, use the mouse to click
on 'Continue Checkout.' The customer details are now presented
in a new form and can be edited if necessary. To clear the
order, click 'Clear.' To place the order click 'Place Order.'
Making Payments When customers reach
the point at which they need make a payment for the products
selected, they have two choices - either to pay online or
via fax, phone or post.
Click on 'Online Secure Order Form.' All of the details of
the order are shown and a final form is left to be completed
with the customer's payment card details. VAT is included
in the total price. To commit to the order, click 'Send Payment.'
Offline Customers also have the option to process their order
manually - not via the Internet. Click the link 'Printable
Phone/Fax Order Form. Print out the form by clicking on file
then print. Fill out the form as appropriate then:

Fax the form with card details and signature

Send the form with credit card details signed via the
post
-
Send a cheque or postal order along with the signed order
form made payable to T&G Clothing.
Existing Customers To enter straight
into existing personal accounts, from the homepage, click
once over the words
my account. Customers should enter their email address and
password in the spaces provided. Forgotten passwords should
be requested by email or via our contact number. Our contact
details are available from about t&g When the email address
and password are entered correctly, customers should click
on submit which will take them to an option page called 'Maintain
Your Account'.
Track Orders Click the words 'Track
Orders' from the 'Maintain your account' option page. This
page displays the history of all of the customer's shopping
with us via our Internet catalogue. Use the scroll bar on
the right hand side of the page to view the complete page.
Alter personal details Click on the
words 'Alter Personal Details' from the 'Maintain Your Account'
page. In order to ensure account details are up-to-date, customers
should check the form and amend any inaccurate details as
appropriate then click submit to save the changes.
