Delivery UK - Provided the item
is in stock, you should have your goods within 3/4 days. We charge £4.00 for standard 2nd Class post and packaging, although we are happy to upgrade this to 1st Class for £5.50 or Next Day for £8.00 - please call 08700 50 54 64 with your order reference. Items are sent Royal Mail and should arrive within 4-6 working days. No signature is required. IRELAND / EU Countries - Postage and packaging £8.00. Allow up to 8 working days for delivery. INTERNATIONAL - We are happy to mail order abroad, if paying by credit card. VAT is not charged on orders posted to outside the EU, but local import duties may be payable on receipt. Non-EU countries - P&P £12.00. Items will be sent International Recorded Delivery. Allow 14 working days for delivery. Guarantee and Returns If for some
reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, or
it is the wrong size, we will be happy to exchange it or refund
you, within 14 days of receipt - providing the garments are
unworn and undamaged. (NB postage costs are not refunded)
This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you return a garment for exchange by post, please enclose
payment for the further P&P charges (see above delivery
charges) - unless the item is damaged.
IMPORTANT - if you do return goods, please get a proof of
posting certificate or send by Recorded Delivery, as we cannot
be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us.

errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product

to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change

T&G Site Security
Once you have submitted an order on the T&G Website, and
chosen the Secure Server option, you will be taken to Secure
Trading who handle all of our online transactions. At this
point, all of your information is being processed on a Secure
Server.
To check that your browser is in secure mode, check that a
"lock" or a "key" icon is displayed in
the lower left-hand corner of your browser window. You can
also check by looking at the URL bar on top of your browser.
This Line will typically show the first characters as "https"
when a secure connection has been established rather than
"http" which indicates a connection is not secured.
